Nacionale will always be precise and clear with words
while reporting on all the issues that it covers. Nacionale shall have
its truths, its editorial policy and, together with it, its point of
view that servs to see the social problems differently. Exactly due to
this reason, instead of claiming full objectivity, Nacionale is going to
follow the principle of accuracy.
Its journalist
must verify all the information they gather and write at all times. In
every case of reporting that discusses a problem, it is mandatory for
the journalists to try to contact all the parties involved in that
particular problem. Even though, at all times they are encouraged to
have in mind Newspaper’s editorial code and also use their own
judgement.
Journalists should clearly understand
the relevance of their reporting and clearify that to the readers.
Therefore, it is prohibited to use incomprehensible or vague sentences
while reporting.
Discussing with editors or with
the editor-in-chief about relevant reporting is mandatory; Informal
discussion between the journalist and her/his colleagues who are present
in the newsroom before each publication is recommended.
It
is strictly prohibited to take the words of the people who have been
contacted out of context. It is mandatory to put each reporting inside
the context where it belongs, therefore it is mandatory for the
journalists to be informed as much as possible.
